This visit is to help evaluate if you have the condition of ADHD. ADHD, or Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, is a neurodevelopmental disorder that commonly manifests in childhood and may persist into adulthood. Individuals with ADHD often struggle with attention difficulties, impulsivity, and hyperactivity, impacting various aspects of their lives, including school, work, and relationships. If you are an established patient coming to us to get established care. Then this is the right appointment for you. You will complete medical intake forms prior to appointment following link below or receiving an email prior to appointment. The medical intake forms are the initial screening to evaluate if an online appointment is appropriate. There may be instances where you may be recommended to get evaluated by a psychiatrist to obtain treatment or where it would not be appropriate to treat online.
