Need some follow up lab work ? This package includes a primary care provider follow up to review lab work ordered. The lab work order, once purchased, will be sent to your local lab per zip code you provide within 48 hours. Our provider will then follow up with you in person or online to review your results. Lab work included: *Complete Blood Count with Differential-Essential blood test- Measures hemoglobin, blood cells, and more. Doctors use this test to check for anemia, leukemia. Fasting is not required. Results are usually ready in 1 - 2 days *Comprehensive Metabolic Panel-Measures fasting blood sugar (glucose), calcium, kidney function, liver function, and more. *TSH (thyroid Function)test to check for thyroid disorders, hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid), hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid). Fasting is not required. Results are usually ready in 1 - 6 days For In Office Visit(Option to Upgrade for : InBody Scan option with printed results that provides in a full printed report of details including BMI, Basic Metabolic Heart rate, Distribution of fat vs water vs muscle along with recommendations of changes you should focus on for an additional discounted rate of $15.00. Cancellations less than 24 hours will not have deposit refunded. No show cancellation will not have deposit refunded.
