At Now MedClinic, we understand that sometimes all you need is someone to listen. That’s why we offer our Empathetic Listening Session conducted over Zoom. This judgment-free and friendly space allows you to open up about whatever you need to talk about. Our empathetic and confidential ear is here to listen to you. Whether you want to talk about one topic or multiple, our team is here to support you. Schedule your session today and let us be there for you. An empathetic listening session is for you if: - you don't have anyone to talk to - you need an unbiased perspective on what you're dealing with - you need to express yourself to someone who will listen and not judge you -you are unsure if you would benefit from life coaching or need to know if you would benefit from a referral to a licensed professional therapist or counselor. To place your order, you book the session you need 30 min or 60 min . If none of the times work for you please book the next available session and send an email mynp@nowmedclinics.com or website chat requesting an alternative time slot that would work for you. We will review your request within 24 to 48 hours and see if we can accommodate to your request. Please ensure to offer a few days and times that work for you! All empathetic listening sessions are handled with compassion, understanding and care, and will be held within 48 hours of purchase. Although it is done through Zoom, you do not need to have your camera on for this session, so you may retain your anonymity. Once you schedule your time, you should receive an email within the same day with an attached link to a Zoom after your booking. We work with both Eastern and Pacific times. We mainly work from Pacific time, and so any sessions purchased between 1am - 8am Pacific time will not be seen until the following morning. If you order an empathetic listening session during this time, you will be sent an update on your email and or SMS text message. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations less than 24 hours will not have the deposit refunded unless pre-approved. No-show cancellations will not have the deposit refunded.
